Macaco is a personal travel journal app. It lets you create, store, and organise journal entries with photos, videos, locations, moods, and tags. Entries are synced to your account via cloud storage so you can access them across devices. Some features require a premium subscription.

You must create an account to use Macaco. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old.

You own the journal entries, photos, videos, and other content you create in Macaco ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your content for advertising or training AI models.

You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Macaco offers a premium subscription managed and billed through the Google Play Store.

• Fees are charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Manage or cancel in your Google Play account settings or via Profile → Manage Subscription.
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

You agree not to reverse-engineer the App, use it for unlawful purposes, upload malware, harass others, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is incorporated into these Terms.

Delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your entries from our servers. Photos and videos in your device gallery or Google Drive are not affected.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to back up your data, but are not responsible for data loss from events beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed what you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms. We will update the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country applies.

Macaco bietet ein Premium-Abonnement an, das über den Google Play Store verwaltet und abgerechnet wird.

• Gebühren werden bei Kaufbestätigung berechnet.
• Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor dem Verlängerungsdatum gekündigt werden.
• Verwaltung und Kündigung über Google-Play-Kontoeinstellungen oder in der App unter Profil → Abonnement verwalten.
• Rückerstattungen unterliegen den Erstattungsrichtlinien von Google Play.

Sie verpflichten sich, die App nicht zu dekompilieren, nicht für rechtswidrige Zwecke zu nutzen, keine Schadsoftware hochzuladen, andere Nutzer nicht zu belästigen und keinen unbefugten Zugriff auf unsere Systeme zu versuchen.

Unsere Datenschutzerklärung erläutert, wie wir mit Ihren Daten umgehen, und ist Bestandteil dieser Bedingungen.

Sie können Ihr Konto jederzeit über Profil → Konto löschen entfernen. Ihre Einträge werden dauerhaft von unseren Servern gelöscht. Fotos und Videos in Ihrer Gerätegalerie oder auf Google Drive sind davon nicht betroffen.

Die App wird „wie besehen" ohne jegliche Gewährleistung bereitgestellt. Wir haften nicht für Datenverluste, die durch Ereignisse außerhalb unserer Kontrolle entstehen.

Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für mittelbare oder Folgeschäden. Unsere Gesamthaftung ist auf den Betrag begrenzt, den Sie uns in den 12 Monaten vor dem Schadensfall gezahlt haben.

Wir können diese Bedingungen aktualisieren. Das Datum oben wird entsprechend angepasst. Die weitere Nutzung nach Änderungen gilt als Zustimmung.

Supprimez votre compte à tout moment via Profil → Supprimer le compte. Vos entrées sont définitivement supprimées de nos serveurs. Les photos et vidéos dans votre galerie ou sur Google Drive ne sont pas concernées.

L'Application est fournie « telle quelle » sans garantie d'aucune sorte. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des pertes de données résultant d'événements hors de notre contrôle.

Dans toute la mesure permise par la loi, nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages indirects ou consécutifs. Notre responsabilité totale est limitée aux sommes que vous nous avez versées au cours des 12 mois précédant le sinistre.

• Terugbetalingen zijn onderworpen aan het terugbetalingsbeleid van Google Play.

U stemt ermee in de App niet te reverse-engineeren, niet te gebruiken voor onwettige doeleinden, geen malware te uploaden, anderen niet lastig te vallen en geen ongeautoriseerde toegang tot onze systemen te proberen.

Ons Privacybeleid legt uit hoe wij uw gegevens verwerken en maakt deel uit van deze Voorwaarden.

Verwijder uw account op elk gewenst moment via Profiel → Account verwijderen. Uw invoeren worden permanent van onze servers verwijderd. Foto's en video's in uw apparaatgalerij of op Google Drive worden niet verwijderd.

De App wordt geleverd «zoals die is» zonder enige garantie. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor gegevensverlies als gevolg van gebeurtenissen buiten onze controle.

Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan zijn wij niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte of gevolgschade. Onze totale aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot het bedrag dat u ons heeft betaald in de 12 maanden voorafgaand aan de claim.

Usuń swoje konto w dowolnym momencie, wybierając Profil → Usuń konto. Twoje wpisy zostaną trwale usunięte z naszych serwerów. Zdjęcia w galerii urządzenia lub na Google Drive nie są objęte usunięciem.

Aplikacja jest udostępniana «w stanie takim, w jakim jest», bez jakichkolwiek gwarancji. Nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za utratę danych spowodowaną zdarzeniami poza naszą kontrolą.

W maksymalnym zakresie dozwolonym przez prawo nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za szkody pośrednie lub wynikowe. Nasza łączna odpowiedzialność nie przekroczy kwot zapłaconych nam przez Ciebie w ciągu 12 miesięcy poprzedzających roszczenie.

Ta bort ditt konto när som helst via Profil → Ta bort konto. Dina poster raderas permanent från våra servrar. Foton och videor i enhetens galleri eller på Google Drive påverkas inte.

Appen tillhandahålls «i befintligt skick» utan garantier av något slag. Vi ansvarar inte för dataförlust orsakad av händelser utanför vår kontroll.

I den utsträckning lagen tillåter är vi inte ansvariga för indirekta skador eller följdskador. Vårt totala ansvar överstiger inte vad du har betalat oss under de 12 månader som föregår kravet.

• Google Playアカウント設定またはアプリのプロフィール → サブスクリプション管理から管理・キャンセルできます。
• 返金はGoogle Playの返金ポリシーに従います。

本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、違法目的での使用、マルウェアのアップロード、他のユーザーへの嫌がらせ、当社システムへの不正アクセスの試みを行わないことに同意します。

当社のプライバシーポリシーでは、お客様のデータの取り扱い方法を説明しており、本規約に組み込まれています。

プロフィール → アカウントを削除から、いつでもアカウントを削除できます。日記データは当社サーバーから完全に削除されます。デバイスのギャラリーやGoogle Driveの写真や動画は影響を受けません。

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されており、いかなる保証もありません。当社の支配を超えた事象によるデータ損失について当社は責任を負いません。

Macaco 是一款个人旅行日记应用，让您能够创建、存储和整理包含照片、视频、地点、心情和标签的日记条目。条目通过云端同步。部分功能需要高级订阅。

您必须创建账户才能使用 Macaco。您负责保管登录凭据的安全以及账户下的所有活动。您必须年满13岁。

您在 Macaco 中创建的日记条目、照片、视频及其他内容归您所有。使用本应用即表示您授予我们有限许可，仅为提供服务之目的存储、处理和传输您的内容。我们不会将您的内容用于广告或训练 AI 模型。

Macaco 提供通过 Google Play 商店管理和计费的高级订阅。

• 费用在确认购买时收取。
• 除非在续订日期前至少24小时取消，否则订阅将自动续订。
• 可在 Google Play 账户设置中或在应用内通过个人资料 → 管理订阅进行管理或取消。
• 退款须遵循 Google Play 的退款政策。

您同意不对本应用进行逆向工程，不将其用于非法目的，不上传恶意软件，不骚扰其他用户，不尝试未经授权访问我们的系统。

我们的隐私政策说明了我们如何处理您的数据，并纳入本条款。

您可随时通过个人资料 → 删除账户来删除账户。您的条目将从我们的服务器中永久删除。设备相册或 Google 云端硬盘中的照片和视频不受影响。

本应用按"现状"提供，不提供任何形式的保证。对于超出我们控制范围的事件导致的数据丢失，我们不承担责任。

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接损害或后果性损害承担责任。我们的总责任不超过您在索赔前12个月内向我们支付的金额。

本条款受德国法律管辖。争议受德国法院专属管辖，除非您所在国家的强制性消费者保护法律另有规定。
